A personalised massage designed to release tension while allowing space for deeper relaxation.

The treatment lasts for a full 45 minutes, with time either side for chatting and a cup of tea - if desired!

Blending therapeutic deep tissue techniques with slower, intuitive touch, this treatment can focus on two areas of tension, such as the back and shoulders, or one area in greater depth depending on what your body needs. Each session is guided by how you’re feeling on the day, helping the body soften and unwind.

60 Minutes Massage Treatment + Consultation Time

A balanced, personalised treatment designed to support both muscular release and deep relaxation.

The treatment lasts for a full 60 minutes, with time either side for chatting and a cup of tea - if desired!

Blending deep tissue techniques with slower, intuitive bodywork, this session allows time for a full-body massage or to focus on several areas of tension in more detail, depending on what your body needs on the day. Each treatment is tailored to support the release of tension while helping the body soften and unwind.

90 Minute Massage Treatment + Consultation Time

An extended, deeply restorative treatment offering time to fully unwind and reconnect with your body.

The treatment lasts for a full 90 minutes, with time either side for chatting and a cup of tea - if desired!

Blending therapeutic deep tissue techniques with intuitive bodywork, this spacious session allows for a full-body massage with additional time to work more deeply on areas of tension. Guided by what your body needs on the day, the treatment creates space for deeper release, relaxation, and restoration.

120 Minute Extended Massage Treatment + Consultation Time

A deeply restorative, unhurried treatment offering space for profound relaxation and therapeutic bodywork. If you are looking to give yourself a little extra self-care, this is for you!

Hi, I'm Reya. Welcome to Re.Embodied Massage.

Re.Embodied is an invitation to come back into connection - with your body, your breath, your heart, and your inner essence. This is something we're all born with, but can lose touch with over time. Life can pull us into our heads, into doing and holding, and away from really feeling and listening.

Re.Embodied is about gently coming back home.

My work is rooted in a passion for movement, nature, music, breath, and touch. Touch is such a powerful tool - grounding, restorative, and deeply healing; it can offer the body a chance to really soften and let go.

Through intuitive massage and bodywork, I create a space where you can slow down, soften and reconnect. Each session is guided by what you need on the day - whether that's deeper therapeutic work, genuine rest, or simply time to switch off.

At Re.Embodied, you are met exactly as you are, with space to release tension, reconnect and return to yourself.
